Welcome teachers and students from Wuyi University to visit Xinghua Beer
On the afternoon of December 22nd, the 2019 class of the Food Quality and Safety major at Wuyi University, led by Professor Fan Li and Director Wu Yuqiong, visited Fujian Wuyi Xinghua Industrial Co., Ltd. Vice President Wang Zengjin and Administrative Director Lin Xiaoqing warmly welcomed the delegation on behalf of the company .
During the visit, Mr. Wang told the students about Xinghua’s corporate culture and the spirit of Xinghua people, and led them to visit the company and the production brewing workshop.
Mr. Wang first took the students to visit the company’s honor wall, introduced to them the various national awards and certificates won by the company, and shared the hard work of Xinghua people and the joy of receiving honors.
Mr. Wang then led the students to visit the saccharification workshop and introduced the beer saccharification system, the changes in materials during the brewing process, the capacity of the fermentation tank and the fermentation process, as well as the production and packaging process.
Finally, General Manager Wang and Director Lin invited all teachers and students of Wuyi University to the bar to taste Xinghua’s core products – Xinghua Dream Small Town Story craft beer series, China Dream beer series, etc., which received unanimous praise from all teachers and students.
After the visit, Mr. Wang extended job invitations to the students , and the students all expressed their willingness to give priority to joining the Xinghua “big family” after graduation.
This visit and exchange enhanced talent exchange between Xinghua University and Wuyi University. The students gained a direct understanding of the talent needed by the company, and the company also expressed its ideas on talent cultivation from a planning and construction perspective. This established a long-term mechanism for cooperation between the university and the company, providing a solid foundation for the future employment of the school’s high-quality graduates and a reliable talent guarantee for the company’s rapid development.
