Signing ceremony for strategic cooperation between Xinghua Industry and Heidelberg Wine
On July 25, 2024, Heidelberg Breweries ( hereinafter referred to as ” Heidelberg Breweries “) and Fujian Wuyi Xinghua Industrial Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter referred to as ” Xinghua Industrial “) successfully held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony. This signing marks the two parties’ in-depth cooperation in the beer sector , jointly injecting new vitality into the development of the industry. (Note: Heidelberg Breweries is a strong player in both ink printing presses and the beer industry .)
At the signing ceremony, Heidelberg Chairman Chen and Xinghua Chairman Zhuo signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. Also in attendance were several senior executives and technical management members from both parties .
According to the agreement, the two parties will cooperate in their respective areas of strength: Xinghua Industry will be responsible for improving product quality and technology and making every bottle of beer well; Heidelberg Brewing will use its brand advantages to expand the market , sell related products, and connect the two parties’ complementary resources.
In his speech, Chairman Zhuo of Xinghua Industrial stated that this strategic partnership was the result of numerous friendly communications and shared visions and goals between the two parties, and represents a crucial initiative for their future joint progress and common development . This collaboration not only complements each other’s resources and strengths, but also promotes deep integration in future market expansion and industry development . The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement marks the beginning of a phase of closer and deeper collaboration. Meanwhile, Chairman Chen of the Heidelberg Board of Directors expressed his anticipation for the collaboration, expressing his belief that through joint efforts, Heidelberg will not only thrive in China but also contribute to the advancement of the beer industry. He expressed his strong desire to work hand in hand with Xinghua Industrial to create an even more brilliant future.
Before the signing ceremony , Chairman Zhuo remarked, “Depending on the mountain, we thrive.” Ten years ago, Wuyi Mountain’s water source was ignored. Now, ten years later, everyone recognizes the water source of the Wuyi double heritage sites. What about another ten or twenty years from now? Xinghua Beer’s commitment to quality is underpinned by its Wuyi water source. The saying, “Green mountains and clear waters are the foundation of gold and silver mountains, ” is truly true.
Following the meeting, both parties will immediately develop a detailed cooperation plan based on the agreement, steadily advance various tasks, and strive to achieve early results.
